Do you love others?

This week we are looking at 1 John 3:18-24. In this passage John tells us that our actions speak louder than words. Do you say you love others, but in reality never show your love for others? This is not something we automatically see in ourselves. We have to step back and examine ourselves to see if we are faithful to the commandment of loving others. If your walk doesn't match your talk, you may be able to fool some people, but you are not fooling God; God knows our hearts. And how can we know if we, or others, are actually abiding in God? We will keep His commandments. How? By believing in Jesus and loving our brothers and sisters. Remember, some folks are hard to love. We can't love the unlovable on our own.
